Looking to get involved? With you, this event can be wildly successful for a third year in a row. Learn more and apply, below.

  • Entertainment Support ($2,500) - Local musicians, guest keepsakes, and event elevation - your contribution allows us to shine a light on this incredible community and celebrate with those who see it's charm and potential.

    Spread The Word ($1,000) - Your contribution allows us to spread the word; event print marketing, social media ads, and air-time, encouraging the support and celebration of St. James.

    Tent Experience ($750) - An elevated and successful event means ensuring guests are enjoying responsibly. Our tent experience allows guests to relax, hydrate, and enjoy in a beautiful and fully-stocked setting.

    Dive Bar Small Bites ($500) - Vendor involvement is costly, and not available to all. We'd love to include some of our favorite community small bites by ensuring they are covered monetarily.

    Business of St. James ($350) - Looking to elevate the tourism and celebration of St. James? This opportunity is perfect for you.

    Friend of St. James ($250) - Looking to elevate the tourism and celebration of St. James? This opportunity is perfect for you.

  • Our vendors are passionate about community involvement, elevated experiences, and supporting St. James.

    Vendor involvement is $250 per space, or (4) tagged social media posts.

  • We are forever grateful to the community for their support throughout our journey. Donate (3) hours to a volunteer position of your choosing in exchange for a complimentary ticket.

    Check-In - Great with people, good with technology? This may be the perfect opportunity for you.

    Gate Greeter - This is a closed event to those who do not have tickets. Our gate greeters politely direct guests to check-in.

    Quality Control - Our community deserves a clean, celebratory space. These volunteers understand value and likely once worked in the service industry.

    Tent Experience - An opportunity to create a space where guests can enjoy comfortably and responsibly.

    Vendor Assistance - We'd be nowhere without our local, small business. This position would ensure the stars of the show are hydrated, comfortable, and fully taken care of.
